The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, and public transportation. I also had the opportunity to upgrade to a club room, which allowed me to enjoy the perks of the club lounge and excellent service from Ruby and the rest of the club lounge staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Kowloon.

Just checked out after a delightful stay in Tsim Sha Tsui. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The comfortable beds allowed for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with a metro station right outside the door, and just a short walk to the waterfront and ferry terminal. The nearby bus stops made getting around a breeze. Plus, there was a huge shopping center across the road and plenty of affordable, delicious dining options. We even enjoyed walking to the night market. a truly enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of Kowloon. The location was perfect, as it was a short walk to the Star Ferry terminal and right next to the train station. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Chilly on the 17th floor. The hotel offered complimentary drinks and afternoon tea at the Harbour Club, which was a delightful addition to our stay.

The hotel's payment system was a bit problematic, as they kept extra money on hold for safe deposit, causing a delay in getting the money back on my credit card.

I absolutely loved this place! The location is incredible - right in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, just next to the MTR station. It was so convenient to explore the Tsim Sha Tsui district and the waterfront. The staff here are amazing, from the ladies in the club lounge to the room cleaners. They were always at service if any needs arose and very flexible in their manner. The room itself was top-notch, with all the amenities you could ask for - from the in-room safe to the mini-bar. And the free Wi-Fi was a huge bonus, making it easy to stay connected.
